Is there anything more comforting than Chinese to-go food? Personally, it's one of my favorite things in life! But with the stay at home order going on and the lack of things to do recently, there' really no excuse not to try your own Chinese take out in the comfort and safety of your own home. Of course, I'm all about supporting local businesses during this time but I highly suggest making this absolutely incredible Mongolian beef recipe the next time you're feeling creative for dinner. It'll be sure to impress your roommate, family, partner, dog, or whoever is lucky enough to be spending this quarantine with you! My Mongolian beef is hot, sizzly, exploding with savory/sweet umami flavor, and is the ultimate comfort food.
